Melissa graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Rhetoric from Nazareth College, where she also worked as a Marketing and Publicity Intern for the college’s Arts Center. After graduation she was hired as an Event Manager at Mach 2 Management, but eventually moved to NYC to accept a position as the Managing Director of Sales at Modern Trousseau.
Melissa returned to Rochester and joined Novem Group in July of 2014 as Robert Bartolotta’s Executive Assistant and was promoted to HR Generalist in 2016. In 2021, Melissa’s role evolved to HR and Operations Generalist. In 2023, her role shifted from HR & Operations Generalist by taking on the position of Compliance Associate.

Melissa lives in Catskills with her family. She spends much of her spare time outdoors on the Delaware River.
