Kristen joined Novem Group in November 2019 and currently serves as a Client Service Associate in the Wealth Department. Kristen supports multiple Financial Advisors by facilitating client communication, managing account maintenance, and ensuring smooth and personalized client experience. Prior to joining Novem, she spent several years at the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce. Kristen earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2012. Outside of work, she loves traveling and proudly claiming the title of ‘unofficial espresso martini critic.’

Krissi joined Novem Group from Unisys Corporation and Burroughs Payment Systems in 2011. Originally the Customer Service Manager for Novem’s payroll and HRIS division (which has since been phased out), Krissi built and led the client-service and implementation teams for all payroll and human resource clients. In 2019, Krissi’s sales-support, vendor, and project-management experience became critical to managing the ongoing growth of Novem’s investment division, so she transferred focus to the wealth department and now utilizes her 20+ years of experience on behalf of multiple Financial Advisors as they build their investment practices, and for the expanding Group Retirement Services Department.
Krissi resides in Penfield and enjoys spending time her husband Doug and their children, Makaylah and Aiden.

Kim joined Novem Group in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly proved herself an invaluable asset, earning a promotion to Manager of Client Services in 2021. In this leadership role, she supports Financial Advisors across both Wealth Management and Group Retirement Services, while also managing the Client Service Associate teams in Rochester, NY and Jupiter, FL.
A licensed Notary Public and holder of the Series 65 license, Kim is uniquely equipped to assist clients and advisors with a broad range of financial and administrative needs, always with precision and care.
Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Kim brings a friendly and focused presence to the team. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and their two dogs—usually somewhere outdoors.

Kaeri Carroll is the Director of IT at Novem Group, where she blends a deep understanding of technology with a keen sense for strategic communication. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a B.S. in Information Technology and a minor in Business Law, Kaeri ensures the firm stays ahead of the curve—implementing innovative tech solutions to enhance client service and security. She also leads Novem’s digital voice, crafting clear, engaging communications and overseeing the firm’s online presence to reflect its values of transparency, professionalism, and forward-thinking advice.

Before joining the accounting department in 2023, Jessica spent 12 years running the internal operations of a local family-owned business, managing all facets of accounting, budgeting, and office management, and worked as a remittance specialist for a TPA, managing the remittal of 403b, and 457b retirement accounts. At Novem Group, Jessica assists with reporting, billing, and accounts payable and receivable.
Married to her high school sweetheart, Jessica has two lovely daughters, Quinn and Harper, and she enjoys hiking, traveling with her family, and spending summers at their cottage on Waneta Lake.
