Megan has been with Novem Group since 2007. Starting out as the Executive Assistant to Robert Bartolotta, she was quickly promoted to Account Manager in 2008. Megan managed group insurance accounts until May 2013, when she changed her schedule to part-time after the birth of her son. For 7 years, Megan provided administrative support to not only the employee benefits department, but also payroll, and retirement services. In 2021 her role shifted from administrative to operations by taking on the position of Compliance Associate. Having over a decade of experience with Novem Group, Megan has the versatility to help with specialized projects in all areas of the business.

Megan is a 2006 graduate of Canisius College with a BA in Communication Studies and Art History. She graduated Summa cum Laude and received several honors for her academic achievement, including those for Academic Excellence and Highest Honors/GPA in both Communication Studies and Art History. Megan lives in Pittsford with her husband, David, and their two children.

Matthew graduated from Columbia Southern University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration & Management and currently holds his Series 65 license. He joined Novem Group in 2021 as an Operations Associate, working directly with advisors to maintain client information and supporting the Investment & Operations Teams.

Matthew lives in Lake Worth, Florida with his wife, Jessica and their dog Eli. He is an avid sports fan and loves spending time with his family.
