Vincent J. Palumbos is a Certified Senior Advisor, CSA®, and brings over 40 years of business and financial experience to his private practice. He has been in sales, management, business ownership, and financial services during his career. Vince is the recipient of many sales awards, including the coveted President’s Award. Vince is a wealth adviser and holds Series 63, 65, 7, and 24 securities licenses and is a licensed Life agent in NY, NJ, AZ, and FL. He earned a Masters of Education from Cambridge College in 1987.
Vince is a pilot and safety officer for the Civil Air Patrol. He’s a facilitator at Matt Talbot Ministries and recent past President of a Rotary Club. Vince is a former Major Gift Officer for McQuaid Jesuit High School and served on the Finance Council for St John of Rochester for 13 years.
Vince has four grown children and five grandchildren, and he and his wife, Ginny, live in Fairport.

Specializing in Retirement and Retirement Income Planning, Tom is also often brought in as consultant for various accountants and attorneys, where his collaborative approach helps bring clarity and continuity to his clients’ planning process, creating a clear and simple path towards their wealth management objectives.
Active in his community, Tom is a frequent guest speaker for various companies, organizations, and associations, where he shares his expertise on retirement planning, investment management, and estate preservation. Tom has served on the board of directors, and is the past president, of The Wealth Advisor Institute. Tom is an active member of the Investments & Wealth Institute, and the founder of the organization’s New York Chapter, when it was called The Investment Management Consultants Association.
Married with three adult kids and three grandchildren, two of Tom’s personal passions are Dogs and supporting Special Needs Children, so Tom and Cooper, his Therapy Dog, may often be found visiting special needs kids in schools and in the pediatric unit at his local hospital.
